Professional Development Regional Trainings

The purpose of regional trainings is to connect women across states, provide a safe and nurturing environment to create personal and professional strategic plans, and identify what kind of support you need to continue to move into positions of power so you can have greater impact and address gender and racial inequality in your community, work and/or your profession.

Purpose of Regional Professional Development Trainings

Our regional training targets women leaders who want to create a support system that includes women from diverse backgrounds, areas of interest, ages, and professions or women who want to develop a network outside their organizations. The retreats are limited to 22 participants. Payment plans are available. Please contact Lupe Lopez at llopez@swan-web.org for more information. Registration is $150 and includes materials, meals listed on the agenda at the bottom of this page, and one individual coaching session per participant after the retreat. Participants are responsible for parking fees, ground transportation, travel expenses, and lodging.
